VENUE

Nestled in the foothills of Oregon’s Coast Range, the Spirit Mountain Hotel in Grand Ronde is just a short drive from Portland, Salem, and Lincoln City. It is situated between the mid-Willamette Valley and the coast, enabling us to offer field trips in the valley, at the coast, and in the Coast Range.

SPIRIT MOUNTAIN HOTEL ROOMS
A variety of accommodations are available at the Hotel, ranging from a standard room with two queens or one king-sized bed to a deluxe suite. Rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, mini-refrigerator, safe, iron/ironing board, free Wi-Fi, and coffee bar. All rooms in the Hotel and meeting spaces are smoke-free. A discounted block of rooms (queens or king sized) will be held for NPSO until April 17. The rate is $149 plus tax (10%). To avoid cancellation charges, reservations should be canceled 48 hours prior to reserved arrival.

MEALS

Breakfast is on your own (the only Hotel restaurant open before 8:00 AM is SIPS Coffee and Tea Bar, which provides pastries and breakfast sandwiches). The Hotel provides a variety of alternative dining options later in the day.

All conference meals include vegetarian options which must be requested on the Registration Form. All meals have a mandatory 17% gratuity included in the cost.

The Friday dinner buffet will feature a “Tour of Italy” with classic baked beef lasagna, penne pasta with marinara and alfredo sauces, tender shrimp and grilled chicken breast, seasonal vegetables and garlic bread. It includes tossed green salad with condiments and dressing, two Chef’s selected salads, warm rolls and butter, a Chef’s choice dessert, freshly brewed coffee (decaf on request) and assorted teas. The cost is $41.00.

Saturday box lunches include a choice of sandwiches: deli (ham, turkey, Swiss), roast beef, grilled chicken or veggie. They include potato salad, apple, baby carrots and a cookie. The cost is $20.00.

The Saturday dinner buffet will feature oven baked salmon on a red cedar plank, topped with a sweet basil aioli. It includes tossed green salad with condiments and two dressings, two Chef’s selected salads, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable, warm rolls, butter, Chef’s choice dessert, freshly brewed coffee (decaf on request) and assorted teas. The cost is $44.50.
